3rd piece in my AP concentration section. (fairytale theme)

Batik dye on cloth. 37” x 37.5”. 2010.

This is my favorite piece in my AP Portfolio >.< I was inspired by the Russian fairytale "Prince Ivan and the Gray Wolf" and Stravinsky's "Firebird Suite."

My orchestra teacher even offered to buy it uhuhuhu

Congrats on the DD! Great work; I love listening to the Firebird Suite. The "firebird" in this piece is a great portrayal of what I imagined when listening to Stravinsky's piece. Overall this is a fantastic piece and a well-deserved DD. :]
